If they use the portal or email in the helpdesk account used for incoming emails, a ticket number will be sent out automatically and will be in the subject line

ad above or are you on about yourself putting in a request from spice works staff if so you email support@spiceworks.com and if required they will open a ticket for you and work with you with any issues with spiceworks
