I am quite new to spiceworks.
I tried to look for an option to add another administrator to monitor the spiceworks admin portal. but no luck.
please advise. thank you very much

Go to Settings->User Accounts->Add. This will add admin users to the portal. You can also use this to add reporting only access to certain users. There are also plugins that can allow you to add Help Desk only access as well through this page.

Settings – >User accounts
At the top click “Add” and enter all data
Don’t forget to set access as admin
I can see 2 access options , admin and reporting. and I did give admin right to my colleagues.
When my colleague tried to login as their email address and preset password, it says login failed.
please advise. thank you

As before,
Settings -->User accounts -->Select one users
reset the user password to 123456, then try to login
If it works, reset it again to whatever you want it to be
Just to clearify - admin login is done with the password set at SW user management, with with Active Directory password.
