How to setup Spiceworks for different sites?

Hi I’m Eric & i’m very new to this exciting Spiceworks IT intergration All-in-1 software. I have a question, how do i monitor a few network of computers (without AD) using my own account which i have setup for my own network (also no AD) as a testbed.

I have a few very small personal clients which spans the globe but i have no clue on how to get this done. Appreciate anyone who can help. Thank you.
