How can I transfer created Cloud Helpdesk to a new Owner?

Log in as the current owner, go to Settings > Employee administration, select and edit the person you want to transfer ownership to, then adjust their role to owner.

If the current owner is unavailable, e.g. terminated employee, then email support@spiceworks.com to open a ticket so that you can divulge more sensitive information with the Spiceworks support team.

Transfer ownership of your Cloud Helpdesk by updating the owner settings in the admin panel or contacting support for assistance.
