I want to make ownership for my account, any help ?

It sounds like you want to change ownership for your account. What you can do in that regard depends on which account you are referring to.

–If you mean your helpdesk account, then you can contact support@spiceworks.com. They should be able to help you out with that.

–If you mean your community account, we don’t allow transferred or shared accounts, but under certain circumstances we can transfer the ownership of a specific post. If you need help with that, you can contact community@spiceworks.com.

I am going to assume you’re talking about the Owner role in the Cloud Help Desk.

There can be only one owner. If you need to transfer the ownership of your Cloud Help Desk instance to someone else, you do need to to have the current owner assign the role to you. If the current owner is unavailable, then please send a message to support@spiceworks.com like Suzanne suggested. The support team will validate your situation and set your account as the owner.
