Hi

I have uninstalled ESET File Security from my server (Windows Server 2008 R2) and restarted the server so noticed the software is still available please tell me how uninstall completely.

My observation :

1: i have retry to install this software once again but stuck in installation time

Why are you trying to remove it, if it’s to switch vendor, most other AV products will remove their competitor product during installation, however your focus should be on getting rid of that 2008 box

If it is managed by ESET Management, or remove it from the manager

it order of my senior manager he is new in my company and he want to switch to new one so after the permission i have removed it but still it is showing
this is manage by us no vendor .

Download the command line removal tool from the ESET support site. Boot the server to safe mode and run the removal tool.
Once the Antivirus of your new manager’s choice is installed, have him worry about the real problem here, an out of support Server OS.

I never asked if it was managed by a vendor, i said if it is managed by the ESET central tool, remove it via that.

But your focus should be on getting rid of the OS and less about replacing an AV product on an unsupported platform.
