So I have a Philips Hue Bridge, was working fine. I upgraded from USG/Cloud Key2 to a UDM Pro and now the Bridge will not connect. I’ve always had it on an IoT Vlan like all my other devices. When I’m looking at my portal the device switches from a 192.168.17.0/24 IP to 169.254 internal IP. It shows ZERO bandwidth used. Even if I change it over to native LAN still nothing and bounces back & forth with IPs there too. I’ve contacted UBNT and I was thrown up to Tier 2 support but haven’t heard anything from them. I have many other devices on the IoT vlan with no issues. I thought maybe the Hue Hub itself went bad - so spent another $60 for a new one - doing the exact same thing so I can only think its something odd with Unifi firmware. The switch, Unifi OS and Network are all on the latest firmware. Most of my devices are on the 16 port PoE switch - but plugged into the UDM itself with same outcome/issue. Ready to rip my hair out at this point - when you have a house full of Phillips lights and you realize how much you use voice activation/automations to have them go on & off and dim them.<\/p>\n
