Indianapolis Group Meeting

Anyone interesting in meeting other Spiceworks users in Indianapolis? Where I work we have a large meeting room and I would be willing to host a meeting.

We are located on the east side of Indy at 30th & Shadeland. If 10 or so are willing to meet we can set a date and time and get together.

Would 6:30 pm on a Wednesday work? If so we can schedule a meeting for 10/13 to give folks a couple of weeks notice.

I was thinking Monday or Tuesdays at Claddagh’s. I have a prior commitment on Thursdays while it is still nice out.

Mon - Thurs works for me and I have a large conference room where I work at 30th & Shadeland and can host the meeting.

I was thinking the North side location. I think for the first get together an open atmosphere with adult beverages, for those who partake, would be nice. Just a thought!

Claddagh sounds good to me, expect for two little things.

First is downtown parking can be a real pain. Second, I’m in Franklin, so the north side one is a bit far to drive to.

However, I am in the Fishers area at least once a week for a parts run to Fry’s. Perhaps I can start combining these trips?

Also, is anyone interested in a southside group?

There is convenient parking at the Union Station Garage which is only 1 block from the Claddaugh.

I live in Whiteland, meeting centrally or carpooling to the North would be preferred.

I live in Columbus but work most days on the Northside, so I’m sure I can go to either. I do prefer something downtown or south of downtown.

Not sure how well the Claddaugh will work, if it will be too noisy & if we can all find a place to sit, but I also don’t have a better suggestion.

I know several want to partake in adult beverages but if that is not the deciding factor I still am offering my place of employment on the east side as a meeting place.

It’s at 30th & Shadeland and we have a large room (over 100 seats) with a stage, wireless access, overhead projector, etc. Should be nice and quiet too.
