The inventory report that I setup, it is giving me computers that are no longer on the network. It will show a user logged in to a computer that is no longer on the network and will not show the new computer that they are logged into in addition sometimes it shows users that their account is disabled in active directory. I have some computer that are windows 7 everything else is XP SP3 that won’t show up unless I manually scan them. Some of the computers showing up in the inventory report have not been on network since Sept they have been replaced with new computers.

Are you seeing scan errors on those devices.
Also, under scan settings do you have incremental scanning enabled? If you do disable it.
