Why is it that my inventory records are not static. I understand that there is a switch that allows the inventory to be static;however, on a regular basis I find things changed. My inventory has not changed.

Do you have discovered devices that no longer appear?

Can you explain the static records issue? So is your computer information changed or they are not being kept? Do you have Spiceworks scanning your system every day?

I am having the inventory scanned every day. I understand if a device is off but I have it set up to retain the information of the previous scan;therefore i have the expectation that that data will be retained in the table.
