We have setup AD integration and as far as I can tell, all users are showing up when we create a workorder ticket. But on the inventory side, all it is picking up is our Virtual Servers…no client desktops or laptops. Not sure what else to do at this point beyond having to manually enter them in…which is not something I really want to do.

manual entry is for chumps… have you tried to set your scan speed to “slow” in spiceworks? Have you overlooked anything - like maybe client machines are on a different subnet?

Hey Steven,
Have you entered valid credentials for the desktops and laptops? Do the devices show up as “unknown devices” or are they not present at all?
Also, as JakeBar mentioned, be sure you’ve included a valid scan range for those devices!
