HI all,

I’ve been asked to find a way to integrate JIRA with our Spiceworks helpdesk. The method we’re considering is having Spiceworks helpdesk send out token values to JIRA such as the following:

[[Project=DTM]]

[[IssueType=7]]

[[Summary=another nice test]]

Since Spiceworks can already accept tokens, we’d be able to update / modify / close tickets from JIRA by sending back tokens.

Anyone doing something similar or have a better solution for having Spiceworks Helpdesk and JIRA communicate with each other?

Thanks.

{"@type":"Person
{"@type":"Answer

Hiya

I don’t think anyone has tried this (by the lack of replies) but there is no reason it wouldn’t work
