I can’t seem to find any setting to change this in profile or while making the article and was wondering if there is a way to change this. It displays fine for others just not myself.

This is an example of what is happening. I am viewing the article from the cloud help desk page under the knowledge base tab. It also happens to the articles that I created and shared with my team.

Thank you! That is very odd.

Something I tried just now is I clicked the button “Copy and Edit”. But is that button available to you on your end? Clicking it put the steps in the proper order. In the mean time, you could click that, and work around it that way.

Let me also tag @spiceworks-support-team ​ since this appears to be showing up in Cloud Help Desk.

That does put them in the correct order but after I save the article and view it they go right back to being backwards again.
