Anybody know why all except two of my knowledge base articles are gone? I hope they weren’t lost.

Sorry for the grief!

Are you using a local installation, or the Cloud version of the Help Desk with your KBs? If it’s a local install, the KBs can be stored in two places; locally in a DB, or hosted on our servers. There’s a toggle between the two that lets you flip back and forth (it’s a small link towards the right of the KB list).

If you’re using the Cloud Help Desk, they should be out there still. Did you share any of the KBs with your team, or were they all for personal use?
