So far, I have turned my coworkers screen upside down, and have changed his keyboard layout to Dvorak Southpaw. It took him long enough to figure those out, but then I got on his PC about 25 min before he got here and hid and ran this on his PC:

Saved it as a .vbs
Turned his volume up slightly, and forcefully hid his volume slider from the taskbar.
You can change all the wait times to 50 to hear them all consecutively. He couldn’t figure out how to stop it, and I have just been dying laughing.
Edit: I forgot to mention I removed the volume knob from his speakers, so there was no way to turn it down.

Not bad, good for a laugh…

I tried something like that once on a coworker here… that’s when I found out that engineers truly do not have a sense of humor… Oh well, April fools is just another day here.

You sir, are your eviler twin.

Nice - I have it running on my system right now - Who do I target first…

I remember at some point there was a little app that could you push install that would say lines from Billy Mays (The infomercial guy) whenever someone hit their CAPS key. That was a lot of fun.

Nicely done sir! Thanks for the new addition to my bag of tricks!

And I’m here to remind you
Of the mess you left when you went away
It’s not fair to deny me
Of the cross I bear that you gave to me
You, you, you ‘oughta know’.

I was off April 1st, but some time ago I was playing with creating re-occurring tickets for regular tasks in Spiceworks, But I had forgotten I used April 1st as a “test” date . My automated ticket popped up several times during the day, so people kept thinking I must have come in the office after all…

Now I can’t remember if I set it for EVERY April 1st, but I’m not checking, I want to be surprised too!
