I upgraded my network monitor server today and it gave me the login screen. I had my password saved in the system I guess, or haven’t used it in a long time and what I try isn’t working. I followed the link for forgot password and reset it, but it’s not working to the one I reset it to. It sent me to community which isn’t on the same box as my Network Monitor. Help. How do I get in? Is there a default login?

Tami - There is no default login for Network Monitor. It will use your community password. Are you sure that you are using the correct email address to login? We see this where another email address was used to sign-up and configure Network Monitor.
As long as your Network Monitor host is connected to the internet and can fully communicate back to *.spiceworks.com then the password change from the community side will be reflected on the Network Monitor side.

I setup a common email, which I also tried yesterday and it wasn’t working. Came in this morning and clicked enter on it and it just worked. Yea! Thanks!
