trying to reset the password for network monitor, read other posts that mention “Reset_password.exe” in the spiceworks install folder but it is not in that folder. any suggestions as to where I can download it or get a hold of it?

That is for inventory, not NM.

There are no admins that can get in NM to reset you?

So you need to reset the password of someone else’s community account?

Email support@spiceworks.com and explain the issue, they might be able to get you in by means of a script or set of instructions.

The NEtwork Monitor will only be reset through your community login. If you reset trough the community you can login after that.

Have you tried using the previous admin login to add you?

Ended up doing a reinstall, I should have read some documentation before asking this question. Sorry for being a noob and thanks for the help!
