Need help resetting a SPICEWORKS NETWORK MONITOR installation.<\/p>\n
I replaced the previous IT Administrator and before he left he created a SPICEWORKS account for me.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately he didn’t create a user for NETWORK MONITOR installation. For this reason I need to either reset the credentials on that installation or add my account to it.<\/p>\n

Hi,<\/p>\n
The Network Monitor uses the Community credentials to log on. You’d have to reset his community password in order to be able to log on. There isn’t a way to add you as a user without having access to the Network Monitor first.<\/p>\n

If I don’t know his community password I can’t really login to reset it.<\/p>\n
I guess the only way is to reinstall the app.<\/p>\n
