We did a hardware refresh at a remote site. All the machines were replaced and deleted from Spiceworks and a new scan was started. Unfortunately none of the new machines show up now. Any suggestions on how to get them to come in to inventory?

has the account you using with spiceworks been put into the new machines?

are they within the scan range of the machines they replaced?

have you also replaced the machine that had spiceworks on?

Account has not changed, machine hosting Spiceworks is the same, the scan range is still the same.

pick a machine at random get its ip address and just scan that machine just to make sure spiceworks can scan

It can scan. Devices show up in the scan log, just not in inventory or under unknown devices.

weird will go away and scratch head and try to replicate on our test zone if i get any joy ill post back here
