Hi,

One SW implementation will not pick up any software whatsoever. WMI is working and it successfully finding all of the machines on the network, but is not reporting even a single software application.

Any advice on diagnosing and resolving this would be appreciated.

I found in the past that I had to sometimes restart my machine before it would pick up on the software. Have you restarted?

You may also want to check out the finder_child.log file in the C:\Program Files\Spiceworks\log directory to see if there’s any indication of what may be going on behind the scenes.
