I have my phone system sending voicemail to spiceworks creating tickets but when claimed, closed, or commented it tries to send notifications back to the sending email which does not have an inbox, creating undeliverable errors being sent back to the helpdesk and everyone CC’d on the ticket. How do I stop spiceworks from sending any emails to this address while still having it being able to put in tickets?
