Backup existing database using production SW<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Install Beta on DEV box<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Copy DB and Data folders from the backup file into DEV folder<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Start SW<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Basically what happens is that it hangs on the splash screen, progress bar gets to complete but nothing ever happens. I can confirm that I can get SW to run when it is a fresh install.<\/p>\n

Please run the spiceworks_packager.exe and send us your zip file it creates. I pm you were to send that file. If you put it to the attention of connie, I will see if the logs tell me anything.<\/p>\n

I haven’t been able to load production data into any of the beta version. What i’m doing:<\/p>\n
