Remote Collector not scanning properly.

I recently installed Remote Collectors at our remote locations to reduce network traffic, but I am having a hard time getting them to scan anything. They connect back to the central location just fine, but they don’t send any device information.

I have the scans setup with the same ranges that were on the central install before so the range is not an issue.

I am ripping my hair out over this one, any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the scan accounts setup on the remote collector under stored passwords?

Check the scan logs on the remote collector:
