I’m reviewing available options to replace Logmein Central with a better platform if one exists. Its important to have automated tasks management features such as batch installations or batch updates and reporting.

I just did a little research on these services for a client, and the two top rated services are GoToMyPC and LogMeIn.

Maybe Landesk? I use Splashtop Business for remote desktop software. Price is way better than Teamviewer

We chose ScreenConnect over a year ago and the price was unbelievably low. Unfortunately, they were acquired by ConnectWise and the change is price is the “unbelievable” factor now. Great product, but not sure how it compare to others at the current price.

Please checkout these earlier discussions and I hope, you should find some appropriate replacement : Good alternative to logmein central?

And, Logmein Alternative

If your requirement is to manage jobs within the network, Lepide remote admin tool is available free with various salient features.

Splashtop doesn’t offer batch management today… we partner with RMM vendors who provide these features. ie., Autotask/Centrastage includes Splashtop in its offering. Naverisks is seamlessly integrated with Splashtop, and others. I’m here to answer any question

I only agree with you on the price of splashtop. I have been using splashtop business to control 100 PC’s and there has been always connectivity problems. It prevents my whole team from assisting any customers remotely. Even though we are using the latest splashtop software (march 2016) we constantly get the splashtop session in progress ( your computer is currently in another splashtop session. ). It has made many users furious, moreover this technical issue has been unfixed for over a year now, according to other users!%uFEFF

Tom, We are sorry to hear connectivity issues you encountered… can you email us at support@splashtop.com and our team can work with you to root cause. ie., can you advise where are you and your client computers are located? over 30k+ MSPs are using Splashtop Business today so we are committed to ensure reliability. thanks
