We just recently upgraded our Spice Works database to version 7.3.00027. I do not see where I can set my schedules for my Remote Collectors to run on what days and times? Can someone point me in the right direction.

Hi Jodi,

To set up the discovery scans (IP ranges) for your remote collectors, you’ll want to actually log into the remote collectors and head to the Network Scan settings.

If you’re wanting to work with the group scans (those are the ones under the Schedules section) for your remote collectors, then you’ll want to edit those under the Network Scan page on the central server. Those schedules affect devices on the central server and any remote collectors you have in place.

There is no frequency (time and days) for scanning the scopes we configure for the remote collector

Yes, the group scans are located on the central server in the lower section

Hmm, if you head to the remote collector and open up the advanced settings under the Network Scan page is the “Enable schedule per network search range” option enabled? If not, try setting that to see if it helps out.
