Hi all,

I’m looking for a solution for the following issue:

we have multiple locations in our company and I’ve set up spiceworks in all of them and made them as remote collectors which works fine for the sites I’m responsible for. But in one subsidiary we have an admin who’s responsible for the network and helpdesk. Due to the fact that several tickets are adressed to me I want to set up a syncronization between the two installations. If I make the site as a remote collector my colleague has no access to his site and needs to work on the central installation which is too slow. Does anyone have an idea how to set up a remote site in a way that it just syncs the tickets?

At the moment this isn’t possible :frowning: you could try to access it via http to the web rather than vpn or rdp?
