Afternoon all,It’s been a while since i’ve been on these forums or looked at Spiceworks. I used the early versions of SW very heavily but since moving onto more dedicated MSP roles i moved over to software such as Gfi/N-Able etc. etc.My current company uses N-able. It’s a good product, powerful but to be honest, far too expensive. My management want to cut costs and thy can’t see the benefit of N-able.We are an MSP that have approx 25 managed clients ranging from sites that have 2 or 3 workgrouped machines right up to 3 or 4 clients that have 4-500 domain computers and 15-20 servers. All in all we manage approx 2000 desktops and approximately 80-90 servers. We are a team of 3 people managing all this (Challenging). My question is this, we need to be able to monitor host services such as cpu, hdd’s, memory on the servers, we also need to be able to remote to every single device obviously. I need alternatives to N-able/Gfi etc. with little or no cost involved (Also challenging!!!)Any ideas or thoughts would be a big help

I’ve heard of Zenoss before, it may be worth checking out since it’s Open Source. The cost of LogicNow Max Focus (previously GFI Max) is very minimal per device and does everything you’re looking for.
