I support a local non-profit in my spare time. I’m trying to find an all-in-one solution to make it easier to provide support for them.

I’ve used Kaseya in past jobs, and I guess I’m looking for something similar. Preferably something cloud based that would just require me to install an agent on the client workstations. I’d prefer to be able to do the following:

  1. Remote access for end user support sessions
  2. Antivirus
  3. Patch managment (3rd party programs like Flash would be a plus)
  4. Web filtering

Are there any products available that can do all these things for a small fee per agent (would be looking at around 50 workstations total)? Like I said, I do this in my spare time, so I’m not a full-fledged MSP. But, if there is a product out there, that would make support easier, I think I could convince them to sign up for it.

Any thoughts?

Hi beta, while the web-filtering part is still a little further down the road, why not have a look at our Comodo One product ( https://one.comodo.com) . Best of all is that it is free.

I’m testing out the Comodo One. I only have one computer on it right now, but it seems to be a pretty good product!

To confirm, I don’t believe Comodo One includes AV is that correct? Patch management, helpdesk (osTicket rebrand looks like) and RMM are currently baked into the product? Is that correct?
