I when I do a network scan on slow, all of the information is collected correctly. Since I have a network with 8 remote sites I want to setup the remote collectors. When I do a remote collector it scans, but it will not retrieve the software data. But when said remote collector is setup to be a stand alone spiceworks collector, it collects the software information no problem. Any thoughts?

I’d imagine some protocol is being blocked by a router/firewall between you and one of your remote sites. Not enough info to figure out what, but make sure you can use WMI across all the remote sites.
That is what I was thinking, but why when I scan the site from my central collector it collects the software info? (only on slow scan speed though)
