I have both SSH account and SNMP account created on the f5 unit and setup in the spiceworks network scan for the IP address of the device but it will not find the unit! Whats more frustrating is the fact that if I “test” both accounts against the IP, I receive a “passed”. When I run the scan, it looks at the IP and never even creates a device or fills in details. Any ideas?!<\/p>\n

You could try to replace your existing kuids.yaml with an empty one (as I did) anyway <\/p>\n
