I tried to restore a folder to a previous version using VSS however after I click on the Restore button I get an ERROR COPYING FILE or FOLDER and it references the file. I get the standard
Cannot copy XXXXXX: Access is denied.
I am doing this as a domain admin so it should not be a permission issue.
I get the same error if I try to copy the file from a restore point and put it to a different place.
I also tried a different folder in the same volume and it works fine.
Is there anyway to reset or check permissions on a file contained in a restore point?
