We are a small business of only 28 people, but over half of the employees are remote employees and I am in need of a company that can provide remote troubleshooting when needed and also aid in managing an effective solution to make sure they stay up and running.

Does anyone have any good strategies or companies that have helped them keep remote employees from being my worst nightmare?
