Hi,
Just stated using Spiceworks and so far love what I see. However seem to having some major issues monitoring 3 of my network switches. These are:
- ZyXel ES1528
- TP-Link SG2424
- TP-Link SG2452
On all 3 the SNMP settings have been setup as “public” for both user and community, and all 3 have been set for SNMP V3
Spiceworks sees them and I have configured the correct settings, but it sees all 3 switches as “Offline”.
This will be the first time using SNMP so unsure as to where I am going wrong. I am hoping users may have same switches that they could share their settings with.
Kind regards
3 Spice ups
Hi,
Are these devices pingable from the Spiceworks server? Are they set to allow incoming connections?

Make sure SNMP is enabled and using the default public string, if you need to add allowed IPs, add your Network monitor IP and save the config
