Only a few switches being monitored, but they are online

Hello, check this, i got few devices (they are pinging and i can log in on browser normally), but network monitor cant show any traffic on them, i restarted the server and services and its still the same

Before the new version i hadnt this issue, what happens when network monitor cant scan any traffic, and sometimes even comunication issues, but the device is normal/online/pinging normally?

Stupid question - did you enable SNMP on them ? and did you specify “public” as the domain ?

they were working, the snmp is turned on

its strange because they have no ISSUES, but they have no traffic at all, only the 2.166, 2.203 and 2.6.

the all others i can access the web console, ping, but in the watchlist they are 0 traffic.

Accessing them via the web console is not the same as SNMP. Check the switches to ensure the Spiceworks server IP is still listed in the traps
