Hello,

I have added 15 switches in spiceworks network monitor.

They have all translated to their hostname according to the setting in the switches.

But I’m unable to get info from 3 switches. SNMP is enabled on all switches and use the same community.

Does somebody know what I need to do to get the data?

What version of SNMP are you using on those 3 switches? Currently, the Network Monitor only supports versions 1 and 2.

they are all working on version 2 (all switcher are the same type and brand)

Do you see any errors in the app when adding those switches, or do they seem to add but just never post any data?

Hey,

I don’t see any errors. They add and look-up their name on the switch.

But afterwards they don’t post any data.

Can you install a second Network Monitor app on a separate machine, add those three switches that are giving you issues, and write back and let me know if that install works and pulls data from those devices, please?
