Hi everyone,

I want to use spice work so bad, but cant find the steps how to correctly inventory my devices. I`m trying it first here at home with 3 pc, but im struggeling. I have created credentials on the devices, but no luck. can someone please help me out.

im an IT service provider in south africa and have started 4 months ago. Still new in business, but would like to monitor my clients pc`s like this.

Hi,

I have tried alot. Have runned the Unknown assistent, click fix it. the have created a user account with a password, but still no luck.

Dont know why i find it so difficult?

Any other ideas? please it want to use spice work.

Sorry for late response, forgot to set the cross for email notification on this thread…

  1. Check your firewall settings if there is an open port.

To check if Firewall is the culprit, deactivate it completly and try again.

  1. beside the Unknown assistant tool there is a non automated solution.

i think you will find it in the help section of the SW community.

There must be some kind of mistake done by you. SW works like a charm and is absolutely easy to set up in different environments.
