I am considering going to Sophos Cloud-based MDM. I have about 50 devices with a mixture of both Apple and Android devices. All of the devices are company owned and at this point I will not be allowing BYOD. I am curious if anyone is using it and how you like it compared to other solutions you’ve used. Thanks!

I use it. There are two versions, one that will inventory all of applications installed on the devices with containerized email and another that is more simple- locate, wipe, lock, unlock and that’s about it.
Moving from MobileIron I find it to be much more simple to manage. Almost everything is wizard driven or listed in steps: create an Apple ID, hand-holds the APNS enrollment process, etc. You will then need to build out policies manually but you can use the Sophos base policies as a template.
All MDMs can pretty much do the same thing these days but Sophos does sell two different versions. I’ve not used the containerized email so can’t comment on that.
Will be moving over my Airwatch clients to Sophos when my subscription expires.

I don’t use it personally, but I have a close friend who works for a college and they use it and love it.
