Remote Site Configuration - Server not responding

I’m trying to configure a remote site to scan and send data to our main site.

Remote site: Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise

Main site: Windows 7

Main site: Disabled firewall

Remote site: Not disabled

Remote site can use IE to connect to main site HTTPS port 9676

Main site can use IE to connect to remote site HTTPS port 9676.

Any suggestions on where to go from here? I’m getting when I try to save the central server Server is not responding.

Both versions are 7.0.01308

I went through that link. But it still can’t see the main server. I am at a loss of what to do.
