Spiceworks incorrectly detecting an expiring SSL cert

Spiceworks is incorrectly detecting an expiring SSL cert for a site it monitors, what could be causing this and how can we prevent this from occurring?

I have a similar issue where Spiceworks is telling me my warranty expires on a server next month but it actually doesn’t expire for another two years and 1 month!

Yes that section of the cloud services page it is saying that the SSL has expired when in fact it will actually be expiring next year.
