This morning spiceworks generated an alert that our SSL certificate was about to expire in the next 30 days. The certificate is valid until Oct 2013. Not knowing what spiceworks is looking at I am not sure what to do with this alert. Does anyone have a pointer as to why spiceworks would misinterpret the ssl expiration date?

{"@type":"Person
{"@type":"Answer

I am also getting the “SSL certificate for has expired” message. I cannot find any reference to the existence of an SSL certificate. I have asked staff who would/should know and all have no clue where it would be coming from.

So, the question is: What does Spiceworks look at to generate these messages?

{"@type":"Person
lanadmin2
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/lanadmin2"}}]}}
