I know Zendesk provides APIs but, not much more than that. We were playing with Spiceworks inventory and that got me to wondering if it was possible to tie SW INVENTORY to Zendesk or OCSInventory in to spiceworks, maybe even as simple and bring up a computer in spiceworks with a button to take you to it in OCS. That sounds like something that could be accomplished with a SW plugin, but it would probably be something you’d have to come up with.
