Spiceworks LDAP Username/Password

Hello so I can get spiceworks to import user accounts from AD but when the users try to log in with AD username and password the password doesn’t work. Could someone give me ideas on this? Thanks.

Hi there,

Sounds like you need to change the value for “Disable LDAP single sign-on” to FALSE. You can find the setting in Settings → AD Configuration.

It was set to “false”. Im not sure why its not working. Any other ideas? Thanks. I really appricate it.

Do you have the checkmark in Portal Integration ticked? It’s located in between the server settings and the Additional Settings.
