Make sure you don’t have a firewall on the clients blocking spiceworks from scanning the clients. Firewalls are not on. It scanned last week no problem and now stopped. I initially reinstalled it 2 weeks ago to try to resolve the same issue its facing now. If you search through the Community, you’ll find that the main reason a lot of scans don’t seem to happen is that scan schedules back up. about 300 devices and doing nightly full scan 2am . I just left the default for scans. You probably should fix your group scans and see if that helps.
