Good ( insert salutation/time of day here)!
I have 60 out of 80 systems not updating their scan times correctly. The actual scan time stamps for the systems not updating vary from June-2016 to November-2016. I tried nuking the kuids.yaml file but this had no effect on the issue.
I know this issue has been beaten to death, but I am a bit perplexed as to the cause of the problem. I don’t think it is a firewall issue as I doubt any agents would report back correctly if it was,( and in my case, I have 20 that do).
Agent refresh? I noticed that I only have 25 systems showing up under SETTINGS>>INVENTORY>>REMOTE SITES AND AGENTS>>MANAGE YOUR DEVICES WITH REMOTE AGENTS. I deleted the systems with issues as I was under the assumption they would once again be picked up on the next inventory scan. This was not the case!
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Hi,
Are the devices with the incorrect scan time all using the remote agent? Or are they scanned in via the IP scan in Spiceworks.
Removing devices from the Remote Agent settings page will uninstall the agents from the devices. They will not report back in, since they will no longer have the agent installed.
Yes. They all have the agent installed. I guess I will have to redeploy the agents?

Yeah, if you deleted them from the settings page. That will send out an uninstall message to the agents.
