I seem to be having an issue with machines not scanning, or at least not updating the scan data. When I check on the remote settings page, the machines show that they’ve checked in recently, some within minutes, but all of them are showing the last scan time from months ago. As best I can tell, it appears to be late September time frame for most. I did notice that the agent version is 7.5.00 and I’m running a 7.4.00099 server at the moment. I don’t know if that’s related or not, but I did notice on one of the machines that the update log showed an agent update on 9/21/2015.

Any hints?

Also, you are running on an older version of Spiceworks. I’d recommend upgrading as well.

No, still no scan update. I plan on updating during our maintenance window but that’s next weekend. I’m puzzled by the version difference between the server and the agent. These are machines that auto updated and have never talked to a 7.5 release.

The version numbers dont necessary correspond between the agent and the standard install. I dont think that is a big deal, but the upgrade should let us know for sure.
