Start FRESH with ESET ERA 6.5

Good day,

I hope somebody can help.

I would like to start a fresh with my current ESET ARE 6.5 server.

Somehow it has gotten untidy and scattered with old pc accounts etc.

Basically I would like to start afresh, delete / reset the DB, gather new data with all hte PC’s and signed in users using our lic etc.

I hope this is clear enough.

Have you looked into the factory reset function?

Also, isn’t Eset up to version 8 now? If so and you are going to start fresh, you might want to do it on the new version. I thought ERA became security management center and then changed to Protect?
