I use Testout. I think they have quality material. Try to get your employer to pay for it, it is cheaper than going to a training class. THe only problem is being disiplined enough to use it.

I buy the book, read it, practice the exrecises, take the test

I’ve used cbt nuggets since my first MCSE 2000, I like the instructors with the company. I’ve experinced other vids with instructors with a hair lip and after 20 mins of that you can’t finished. I’ve always used the vids in conjunction with the books with labs. Setup a lab and go through all the labs until you don’t need the book. While studying for the exam I would exams each week to see my progress. Preplogic offer audio cds which you can listen to in your car or at work.
