My Unitrends Cloud Replication was going so well recently that I started trusting it again until last Thursday when I noticed that I only have one replication job going even though I have 2 pages of pending replication job. I usually have 6 active replication job. I reset the replication which in the past usually works but this time, nothing. I restarted the appliance, nothing. I change the active replication job from 6 to 3. nothing. Back to 6, same thing, nothing. I placed a call to tech support and was told that Cloud Ops is going to be looking into this. This morning, it is still out.
Just wondering if anyone else here using the Cloud Replication? Do you have that any issues at all?

Vince - I’m sorry to hear that your’e having these issues again. I know that CloudOps is looking into what may be causing these issues, and is hoping to have an update for you shortly.
Thanks Katie. What is frustrating is that it is taking so long to resolve this issue. 3 days where my backup is not being replicated to the cloud.
Vince - I definitely understand. I just received an update from our CloudOps team that they are working with engineering to understand what is causing these errors. They hope to have a full resolution for you soon.
Vince - I think that your issue has been resolved. Will you let us know if you’re not back up & running again?
