i have several servers running as SQL servers and one as a DC/file server. Only now does the DC/file server stop completing incremental backups full backups work fine.
I have stopped services, restarted the server there are no errors only time outs at the very end of the backup request.
no virus scanner running and no firewall (while trouble shooting this)
