If anyone has tips for using Spice Works as an MSP, I would be thankful. I have sites set up, but when I do a general what software is there, everything from everywhere shows.

Or would the more proper method be the “Owner” IE the MSP client create their own entity, and back port via the Obi-Wan request (IE similar to Obi-wan in Star Wars "Help me Obi-Wan you’re my only hope) via invite admins.

I don’t have an answer but I’ll ruefully mention that HDS, had it survived, would have been great for situations like this. Very easy to setup multiple companies under a single pane of glass.

@Spiceworks is there any guidance on using as an MSP?

You mentioned software so I’m guessing this is specifically for cloud inventory?
If so, a method is covered in the documentation. Multi-Site and MSP Agent Deployment - Spiceworks

It isn’t ideal and for software it sounds like you’d need to use a different account for each site which gets mentioned briefly in that document.

I’m more referring to full on usage as an MSP tool, I know the remote support is via Zoho, but anything else out there that is a direct tie, and usage.
